Unlocking a listing places a flat, refundable credit hold that depends only on the unit type. The one real charge is a success fee, and it lands only after a move-in is confirmed by both sides.

What a move actually costs
Unlock credits are a flat refundable hold set by unit type, never a cut of rent. The success fee is 10% of monthly rent, floored at Ksh 1,000 and capped at Ksh 5,000, and the outgoing tenant is paid 30% of it once the move-in is confirmed.
